Preface Flawless#
Whenever someone risks everything for an ideal, or tirelessly strives to improve the situation of others, or bravely moves forward to fight against injustice, they send out a ripple of hope from a million different corners. These ripples, full of energy and courage, resonate with each other and ultimately converge into a powerful torrent, capable of breaking down all walls of oppression and resistance. — Robert F. Kennedy

02 "Get Things Done"#
When we put in the effort to make our devices usable for the blind, I do not consider the damn ROI (return on investment).
If the fact that Apple's CEO is a gay man can help those struggling with issues of sexual orientation, or comfort those who feel lonely, or inspire people to bravely pursue equality, then what does it matter to publicly disclose my privacy?
I believe this is a pragmatic world where you have to work to earn. Therefore, I believe in the principle that hard work pays off, and I believe in the power of diligent effort. I believe in the power of education, which teaches me to work smartly and trains my mind and hands to work skillfully. I believe in honesty and authenticity; without these, I cannot earn the respect and trust of my peers.

05 You Get What You Work For#
I do not like failure; I despise failure.

06 The Best Recruitment by Jobs?#
What binds us together is our values. We want to do the right thing and to be honest and straightforward. When we make mistakes, we acknowledge them and have the courage to change. We do not engage in intrigue; I detest office politics the most. There is too much to do; there is no time for this. Life is too short to waste time on these matters. We oppose bureaucracy. Our company should be a fast-growing, agile company, free from intrigue and hidden agendas.

10 Fair Culture and Diversity Strategy#
What makes the world more interesting is our differences, not our similarities.
He quoted Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s "silence of the good people," stating that part of the problem is that well-meaning people do not speak up. It is very difficult to have the courage to speak out, "because unfortunately, society rewards those who turn a blind eye. But in doing so, the nation, society, and companies will not develop. This does not solve the problem of diversity." To solve a problem, you must first raise the issue and formulate a solution. "I ask myself in the mirror: Am I doing enough?" Cook said, "If the answer is no, I will try to do more."

11 Smart Cars and Apple's Future#
Steve founded Apple because he believed that human creativity could solve the most challenging problems, and only those who are crazy enough to think they can change the world can truly change the world.

12 The Best CEO of Apple?#
Steve Jobs once said that a company is humanity's greatest invention; it allows a group of people to move in the same direction. Cook has taken a step further on this foundation. As he said, "I believe a company should not only care about profits. To me, a company is a collection of people. If people have values, then by extension, companies should also have values."
